Welcome to Inimitable Art, I'm Ruth, the owner and creator.

I started Inimitable Art because I want to celebrate, savour, and share unique and magical moments that you can take into your home and enhance your living spaces.

When we create home environments that match our needs, we can truly thrive. Whether you want to create a calm and relaxed space, or add some energy and vibrancy, these creations can be the perfect addition to suit your space.

All artworks available are created from naturally occurring moments captured through photography. They are unique, unrepeatable, sometimes abstract, but all truly natural occurrences. There have been no enhancements or magical manipulations, they are truly shared with you just as nature presented them.

The Japanese have a term ‘ichi-go ichi-e’ which translates to ‘one-time, one meeting’ and describes a cultural concept of treasuring the unrepeatable nature of a moment. I believe that all the pieces I create through Inimitable Art reflect the ichi-go-ichi-e concept.

I hope they bring you as much enjoyment as I get from them, and I invite you to pause and reflect on the beauty of each ephemeral moment.

The collection will change over time as new moments are captured. I don't search for them, they present themselves in a fleeting moment. So, I can't say when the pieces will change, or how how many new additions there will be, or even what they will be. But, I look forward to sharing them with you when they appear.
